Job Description
Steamship Mutual, a P&I insurance company, is seeking a Claims Executive for the Eastern Syndicate in Hong Kong, China, and Taiwan. The role involves providing P&I and FDD claims handling service and advice to members, managing claims files, and contributing to company procedures. The company values collaboration, a people-centred culture, and a proactive, self-motivated approach.
Requirements
- Proven experience handling shipping litigation and dispute resolution.
- Degree Educated with a Maritime Law or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential.
- Proactive and able to work independently and collaboratively.
