Structural Engineer

Assist the engineering department in ensuring sound engineering design of product through all stages of development, including designing steel joists, joist girders, and steel decking, and providing engineering direction to detailing, design, sales, and production departments.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering with emphasis in structures
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Be an EIT and capable of pursuing PE licensure in the future
• Prior structural and/or joist experience preferred
• Knowledgeable in interpreting structural drawings and contract documents preferred
