Job Description
SteelHead Management is seeking a motivated Leasing Specialist to join their growing team and manage the leasing and marketing of residential and commercial properties in Richmond, Virginia. This role involves working with prospective residents to secure apartments, develop marketing plans, and ensure the efficient management of residents through contracts and lease renewals. SteelHead focuses on maximizing investment returns by growing NOI and cash flow within a portfolio of owned assets.
Requirements
- Previous restaurant, retail sales, or multifamily leasing experience required.
- Previous multifamily leasing experience preferred.
- Above average communication skills (verbal & written).
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to learn specialized software.
- Sales skills.
- Ability to travel off-site.
- Understanding of legal requirements (Fair Housing).
- Ability to work a varied schedule.
