Steer Health is seeking an experienced and strategic SEO Manager to lead and grow our organic search practice for enterprise healthcare clients.
Requirements
- 5+ years of advanced SEO experience, with at least 2 years in a team lead or management capacity
- Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring SEO professionals in an agency or in-house environment
- Proven track record managing multi-location local SEO programs at enterprise scale
- Strong technical SEO expertise including crawl analysis, schema deployment, and Core Web Vitals optimization
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven keyword clustering and generative search optimization
- Experience managing Google Business Profiles at scale
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for high-volume keyword and location management
- Expertise in tools such as SEMrush, Google Search Console, GA4, and Looker Studio
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and executive stakeholder communication skills
