Job Description
Stellar Health is a US-based healthcare tech company focused on reducing the burden of per-visit billing and improving patient health outcomes through technology and data-driven insights. The Senior Director of Medical Economics will drive performance management for ACOs and Payor Risk Contracts, analyzing data to determine optimal allocation of resources and identifying opportunities for improvement. This is a leadership role focused on developing and managing a medical economics team.
Requirements
- 10+ years experience in a Medical Economics role
- Understanding of Value-based Contracting
- Deep understanding of Medical economic cost modeling, reporting/trending, and identifying opportunities
- Proficiency with R, Python, and SQL
- Strong communication skills
