Job Description
Stellar Innovations & Solutions Inc. is seeking a VTC Administrator to join their government project supporting the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). This role involves monitoring VTC calls, providing technical support for DLA Information Operations, and performing administrative tasks like CODEC updates. Candidates should be sensitive or critical, with Top Secret or Secret clearance, and a CISCO CLTECH support devices certification.
Requirements
- Monitor VTC calls for senior leaders
- Provide support for DLA Information Operations
- Perform active and passive call monitoring
- Utilize TMS, CMS, CMM for conference control and scheduling
- Adhere to current STIG’s
- Perform CODEC updates
