Sr. System Engineer - Multi Domain Design, Integration, Test and Acquisition

Stellar Solutions is seeking a Senior System Engineer for Multi Domain Design, Integration, Test and Acquisition to support development of first-of-kind space missions for the Space Rapid Capabilities Office.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of experience in leading teams
• Experience in coordinating across government and contractor teams
• Strong integration and test background with penchant for leading teams to define logical approaches where no clear guidance exists
• Ability to work on complex technical problems and provide solutions in concert with Government acquisition strategies, policies and instructions
• Performs well given consultative direction toward pre-determined long-range goals and objectives
• Self-initiator who can identify and pursue courses of action and obtain results without instruction
• Communicates effectively and efficiently in oral and written form; able to brief problems/status and recommend solutions/strategies to senior management and leadership
• BS in Engineering or relevant discipline and eighteen (18) years or more experience; MS and sixteen (16) years or more experience
• Clearance: U.S. Citizen with current eligibility for TS/SCI clearance
