Chief of Schools Officer

The Chief of Schools Officer is responsible for managing and leading the work of STEM Prep Academy to achieve academic success and school culture. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of principal leadership experience and a strong vision for adult effectiveness and academic success.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of effective principal leadership experience with proven results
• Minimum of 5 years experience leading and managing people and situations effectively and consistent with a servant leadership mindset
• Master’s degree in education, leadership, or related field (preferred)
