Desk-Side support/Desktop Technician

We are seeking a skilled Desk-Side support/Desktop Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience with hardware, software, and networking products, as well as operating systems. They will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing company and multi-vendor systems, and ensuring customer satisfaction by advising on preventative maintenance and configurations.

• Operating systems knowledge
• Microsoft software knowledge
