Technical Help Desk agents responsible for handling inbound calls from customers seeking technical support for hardware and software products.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous computer technical support experience
- Technical skills in PC hardware, Network troubleshooting, Windows operating systems, and applications such as Microsoft Office/Outlook products and Lotus Notes/ Smart Suite
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Efficient and accurate typing skills
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
