Job Description
Oracle DBA (Database Administrator) required for a 12+ months contract in Weehawken, NJ. Responsibilities include managing DBaaS infrastructure, Oracle Enterprise Manager, and Oracle Internet Directory. Experience with Oracle, Linux, and Storage concepts required.
Requirements
- Experience in administering OEM (preferably OEM 12C) in an enterprise environment
- Experience in administering OID (Oracle Internet Directory) in an enterprise environment
- Experience in administering Oracle Appliances (ExaData, ODA) including patching of OEL, Storage Cells and firmware
- Strong knowledge of Oracle including DBMS, Data Guard, Golden Gate, RAC, RMAN
- Strong knowledge of OS (Linux) and Storage concepts
- Experience working for large enterprises preferably in the financial sector
- Strong communication skill to deal directly with business and development teams
- Strong technical skill to manage and take ownership of technical projects without any assistance
