Oracle Implemetation Specialist

Oracle Implementation Specialist responsible for project implementation and third-tier functional support. Primary responsibilities include business requirements, application setup, customization requirements, training, business process management, and project management.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, IT, MIS, CS or equivalent required
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Applications
• Ability to understand and manipulate concepts as to design solutions that will fit high-level business requirements as well as every day's limitations
• Ability to manage activities with short due dates and still follow established processes
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and to identify and resolve project issues quickly and effectively
• Technical understanding of application development and technical infrastructure of an Oracle 11i (11.5.x) ERP environment, with implementation experience
• Solid analytical skills
• Knowledge of standard Microsoft software applications, i.e. Word, Excel, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint and Visio required
• Good team building skills
• Effective communicator at all levels of the organization
• Excellent communication skills, verbal, written and presentation
• Self-motivated, eager to learn and grow
• Effective organization and time management skills, with the ability to establish effective working relationships and contribute in a team environment
• Customer service oriented
