Job Description
Senior-level Project Manager to perform system and business process analysis, documentation and planning for an upgrade of the County’s Assessment and Revenue System (ACE) and the Customer Assessment and Payment Portal System (CAPP).
Requirements
- Develop and document workflow, business and systems requirements
- Identify opportunities to improve technical processes
- Identify areas for improvement in functional processes
- Identify operational metrics focused on stability, predictability, and security
- Facilitation and documentation of requirements sessions
- Create and maintain Requirements Traceability Matrices
- Provide weekly status reports
- Create project and process specifications and plan
- Develop Statement of Work (SOW)
- Create project plan, meeting minutes, risk and issue logs
