Job Description
Stensul is looking for a Director of Revenue Operations to lead and evolve their RevOps function across the full customer lifecycle. The ideal candidate is a strategic operator who can balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related GTM operations roles, ideally within B2B SaaS
- Proven success operating at scale in a growth-stage (Series B–D) company
- Deep expertise in Salesforce CRM, data modeling, and process design
- Deep experience designing and administering sales incentive compensation plans and quota frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and translate complexity into clarity
- Experience managing and developing a team of operations professionals
