Senior Data Engineer (GTM)

Stensul is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to lead the design, building, and scaling of our core data platform and infrastructure, with a focus on Go-to-Market (GTM) data assets.

Requirements

• Deep experience in designing, building, and optimizing modern data platforms
• Proven experience integrating, modeling, and maintaining data from core GTM systems like Salesforce and Marketo
• Expert knowledge of data modeling (Kimball, Data Vault) and modern architectures like the Medallion Architecture/Delta Lake, leveraging tools like Databricks
• Strong understanding and practical experience in implementing data governance frameworks, metadata management, and automated data quality mechanisms
• Expert proficiency in Python (or Scala) and SQL
• Experience building Data Applications/Frameworks (e.g., Streamlit, Gradio, or Dash) is highly valued
• Ability to mentor junior team members and clearly communicate complex data architecture and governance concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
