Stepful is a healthcare training company that offers affordable, online, instructor-led, and AI-supported programs to help learners launch high-demand healthcare careers. The Director of Healthcare Partnerships will lead the growth of the national network of hiring partners, overseeing a team and optimizing processes to recruit, onboard, activate, retain, and expand new partnerships.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in consulting and operational experience at a high-growth startup
• Experience scaling the supply side of a marketplace
• Managed teams of 5+ direct reports and familiarity with managing contractors at scale
• Highly analytical and strong commercial acumen
• Thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Passionate about helping students change their lives through access to education
