The company is seeking a Director of Paid Growth to lead and scale their acquisition engine across both D2C and B2B channels.

Requirements

• 8+ years of growth marketing experience
• 3+ years in a leadership/people management role
• Deep hands-on expertise in scaling paid social and search, ideally managing budgets exceeding $2M+ per month.
• Experience building and leading teams, with a focus on professional development and performance management
