They are seeking a Senior Product Analyst to translate data insights into actionable product decisions, driving impact across the organization. This role involves analyzing student data, quantifying impact of experiments, and supporting cross-functional teams with data needs. Stepful is backed by Y Combinator, Reach Capital and AlleyCorp.

Requirements

• 5+ years overall experience with a quantitative background
• 3+ years of experience with data visualization tools like Preset, Looker, Tableau
• Experience with A/B testing or similar experiment-driven products
• Strong analytical and data visualization skills
• Experience with data infrastructure and documentation
• Experience building relationships and influencing decisions
• Passion for data exploration and understanding student behavior
