Staff Product Designer

Stepful is a healthcare training company that offers online, instructor-led, and AI-supported programs. They are looking for a Staff Product Designer to build rich and intuitive experiences for students, instructors, and coaches. The role involves designing best-in-class experiences, maturing the design system, and improving the platforms used by coaches and instructors.

Requirements

• 8+ years of work experience with a focus on product design
• Deep understanding of the tech that powers digital products
• Ability to collaborate with engineering to make the most of emerging capabilities
• End-to-end versus waterfall approach to product
• Experience driving user research to understand underlying pain points and needs
• Experience building relationships with teammates and influencing decisions
