The Pilates Reformer Instructor delivers safe, effective, and inclusive Reformer-based Pilates classes that support the YMCA's mission to strengthen community through healthy living.
Requirements
- Current Pilates Reformer certification from a nationally recognized program (e.g. Balanced Body or equivalent)
- CPR/AED and First Aid certification (willingness to complete through the YMCA within the first 3 months of employment)
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, movement principles, and safe exercise practices
- Ability to work with diverse populations and varying fitness levels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for community wellness and alignment with the YMCA mission
