Contentious Commercial, Data and Technology Associate

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and commercially-minded mid-level associate to join the team. The role will be focussed on supporting clients through complex cyber, data, and technology-related disputes and investigations.

Requirements

• Excellent academics
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working at a firm with a highly regarded disputes practice
• Strong litigation background
• Demonstrated interest in cyber, data protection, and technology law
• Ability to acquire, consolidate and apply up-to-date knowledge of the law in a fast-paced sector
• Strong commercial awareness
• Ability to work to deadlines efficiently
• Ability to develop excellent working relationships at all levels and within all roles
• Demonstrated understanding of the firm's position in the market
