Job Description
We are looking for a Debt Finance (General Banking) Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in general corporate lending, acquisition/leveraged finance, real estate finance, and general banking. The role involves leading the drafting and negotiation of finance documents, managing deal processes, and building excellent working relationships with clients and peers. The team is part of our wider Finance practice and deals with a wide range of transactional debt financings.
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with relevant post qualification UK law experience
- General lending experience gained in private practice
- Background in a firm with an excellent reputation in the field of banking and finance
- Ability to acquire, consolidate and apply up-to-date knowledge of the law
