We are a global private markets specialist delivering tailored investment solutions, advisory services, and impactful, data-driven insights to the world’s investors. We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to C-Level executives.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of administrative experience, specifically supporting C-Level Management or equivalent required
• Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to organize international travel and processing of related Visa/Consulate logistics
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
