Job Description
StepStone is seeking a Junior Real Estate Intern to join their team in Beijing. This internship offers valuable learning experiences within a fast-paced investment environment, working across real estate private fund investments and co-investments. The intern will gain exposure to diverse property types and capital structures, assisting both advisory and investment teams in key operational functions.
Requirements
- Assist both the advisory and investment teams.
- Evaluate potential investments and asset management.
- Perform market research and analysis.
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
