Job Description
STERIS is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician for a 3rd shift position. The role involves maintaining and repairing facility equipment, including machinery, buildings, and control systems. This includes working on shop tools, maintaining inventory, and contributing to a safe and efficient work environment. The position requires on-call support, adherence to Lean and 5S principles, and participation in safety inspections.
Requirements
- Performing technical troubleshooting on machinery and equipment.
- Optimizing processing and reducing downtime.
- Maintaining a clean and safe workplace.
- Following all safety procedures and GMP standards.
- Working independently under general guidelines and supervision.
- Regular preventive maintenance.
- Maintaining mechanical and technical skills.
- Physical abilities to perform all other duties assigned.
