Job Description
Steris is seeking a Quality Control Laboratory Supervisor to oversee activities at a site, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, MDSAP, FDA regulations, and other standards. The role involves testing, resource management, and assisting with audits and training programs. The supervisor will be a key contributor to the quality management system and ensure adherence to company policies and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- Minimum eight (8) years relevant lab testing in a regulated environment (i.e. FDA/ISO 13485)
- Minimum two (2) years supervisory/leadership experience
- Knowledge of standard quality tools such as FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, and Statistics
- Demonstrated experience with setting priorities and working with planning and scheduling teams in order to meet shipping goals
