We are looking for a customer-oriented professional who understands their craft and gets energy from customer contact and providing solutions. As an Insurance Internal Staff Member, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with questions, applications, and changes and ensuring that every file is carefully and completely processed.

Requirements

• At least MBO+/HBO work and thinking level
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar function
• You have at least Wft Basis and Wft Schade Particulier and preferably supplemented with Wft Schade Zakelijk
• Experience in the insurance industry or in a commercial internal service function
• A proactive and service-oriented attitude: you see commercial opportunities and play on them
• Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing
