Job Description
Stirling Dynamics is seeking a Stock Controller to join their Production team in Bristol. The role focuses on the control of stock, ensuring efficient warehousing, safeguarding, and dispatch within the company's aircraft simulator manufacturing. This is a permanent position based onsite.
Requirements
- Ensure stock is efficiently received, controlled, and released in accordance with company processes.
- Oversee the storage, safeguarding, and dispatch of all company Product and customer items.
- Accountable for the operation of Goods-in Reception, Goods-in/dispatch, General Stores, Bonded Stores (including Quarantine), Consumable Racking Areas within Assembly.
- Manage stock location and ensure physical quantities match ERP systems.
- Manage product through to the point of dispatch and quarantine/scraping.
- Perform kitting against a Product BOM.
- Ensure accurate and timely Product kitting and dispatch.
- Manage packaging materials for shipment.
- Manage stock obsolescence.
- Monitor consumables to ensure stock replenishment.
