Job Description
Sterlington PLLC, a full-service law firm specializing in corporate, litigation, executive compensation, and private wealth matters, is seeking an Associate to join their Corporate/M&A team. The role involves working with a leading Corporate/M&A partner and delivering commercial outcomes, particularly in joint ventures.
Requirements
- 4-8 years of experience in Corporate and M&A/joint ventures law at an AM Law firm
- Experience with various transaction structures, including joint ventures
- Commercial mind and practical approach
- Experience in middle market transactions valued between $50m and $1b, and spinouts/rollups for investment managers
- Active practice representing buyers and sellers in various industries
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
