Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking a talented Litigation Paralegal with experience of working on large-scale litigation trials. This role offers a unique opportunity to support complex and high-profile cases, working closely with attorneys in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or certification in paralegal studies (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting large-scale litigation trials
• Proven ability to support high-stakes litigation matters, including trial preparation and document management
• Westlaw preferred (experience with LexisNexis is acceptable)
• Experience using electronic court filing systems (including Federal Judiciary’s Case Management/Electronic Case Files (CM/ECF) system)
• Microsoft 365 (specifically Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat
• Strong knowledge of legal research tools and litigation support software
• Excellent drafting and organizational skills, with meticulous attention to detail
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with cultural sensitivity and professionalism
• A team player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work evenings and occasional weekends if/when required
