Job Description
The Property Maintenance Manager is responsible for the overall maintenance operations of a large residential portfolio comprising approximately 1,100 apartment units. This role provides leadership and direction to a team of ~20 maintenance staff, ensuring buildings, grounds, and systems are maintained to high standards of safety, efficiency, and resident satisfaction.
