Job Description
The Aquatics Program Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of swimming lessons, including safety, staffing, and supervision. They will also plan lessons, train swimming specialists, and meet with the Summer Camp Director to discuss progress and planning.
Requirements
- Swim Specialist Supervisor
- Experience with safety and crisis management
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- American Red Cross lifeguard certification, First Aid, CPR/AED certification
