Employee Relations Representative

The Employee Relations Representative plays a key role in promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture by supporting day-to-day employee relations matters and labor relations initiatives. This role partners closely with HR leadership, managers, and employees to address concerns, conduct investigations, and ensure compliance with employment laws, collective bargaining agreements, and internal policies.

Requirements

• Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, navigating sensitive and high-risk matters with professionalism and urgency, while meeting SLA expectations.
• Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, providing expert-level consultation on employee relations matters including conduct, performance, discipline, and terminations.
• Maintain active oversight of ER & LR cases and support resolution strategies that align with company culture, legal compliance, and collective bargaining agreements.
