Job Description
The Community Manager will be responsible for maintaining the physical assets and maximizing the financial returns of a rental property. This role involves assisting the Regional Manager with operational tasks, managing community resident concerns, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The community manager will also handle daily apartment management operations, including accounting, leasing, and marketing.
Requirements
- Assist Regional Manager with special projects and administrative tasks.
- Ensure staff compliance with Company policies and procedures.
- Review rental applications and lease forms for accuracy.
- Manage community cash flow (accounts receivable, payable, deposits).
- Maintain accurate inventory of tangible assets.
- Handle resident correspondence and community communication.
