Groundskeeper

A national multi-family management company is seeking a highly motivated, full-time Groundskeeper to join their team. The ideal candidate will be able to work with little or no supervision, perform physically difficult work, and maintain the grounds of the community in an attractive condition.

Requirements

• One year of experience as a groundskeeper is preferred but not required
• General property maintenance skills preferred (painting, pressure washing, trash pick-up, etc.)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Perform repetitive stooping, bending and kneeling motions
• Availability to work weekends and holidays when needed
• People oriented with strong organizational and make-ready skills
