AML Advisory Team Lead

The AML Advisory Team Lead will be responsible for handling day-to-day coverage associated with the BSA/AML Compliance program. The role includes providing guidance to the front office and cross-department stakeholders, evaluating current policies and processes, and working with other AML team members on joint projects.

Requirements

• In-depth understanding of Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), USA PATRIOT Act, OFAC/Sanctions, and FINCEN requirements
• Knowledge of Canadian and/or Cayman AML regulations is desirable
• Strong experience in AML and related regulations and requirements
• Collaborative and positive team spirit
• Ability to make effective decisions and demonstrate good judgement
• Good execution skills with attention to detail and focus on clear, realistic action steps and timelines
