Requirements

• 3+ years business analysis experience on cross-functional projects in financial services
• Knowledge of the trade lifecycle, client onboarding, and financial instruments
• Experience working on regulatory and operational change projects
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of the full software development lifecycle and project governance processes
