Customer Service Representative - Patient Accounts responsible for accurately and efficiently answering and scheduling patient appointments, providing customer service, and resolving patient inquiries.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Three years of customer service/call center experience or two years of medical billing related experience
- Excellent expressive and written communication skills
- Highly organized
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
- Heavy telephone experience
