Job Description
The Mammography Technologist is a full-time position within Radiology at Stony Brook, SUNY. The role involves providing excellent clinical care by performing mammographic procedures, working independently while adhering to safety standards, and assisting with diagnostics and administrative tasks. Requirements
- High school diploma
- License in the State of New York in Diagnostic Radiology
- ARRT Registration
- ARRT Certified in Mammography
- Basic Life Certification (BLS) from the American Heart Association (or ability to obtain within 3 months)
- One year experience in radiology preferred
- Excellent communication skills
