Job Description
Storable is seeking a Site Lead/VP of Engineering to lead engineering teams and operations in the Storable India, focusing on developing world-class teams and creating operational excellence. The role involves overseeing product development, cloud infrastructure, security, and automation frameworks, as well as serving as a key contributor to global architecture decisions. This is a leadership position responsible for driving innovation, customer success, and talent retention within an industry-leading platform for specialized property management.
Requirements
- 20+ years total experience in software development with at least 10 years in senior management roles with global product companies
- Deep knowledge of the local Indian tech industry
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related field
- Expert understanding of software development processes and lifecycle
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with strong communication skills
