Job Description
Storable is seeking a VP of QA & Automation to lead the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of quality across their software development lifecycle. The role focuses on embedding quality practices early in the development process, scaling automation frameworks, and ensuring the delivery of robust, secure, and high-performing solutions across various verticals. The VP will also drive a culture of quality responsibility and build a world-class QA team.
Requirements
- Define and execute the enterprise QA strategy
- Establish a ‘shift-left’ testing mindset
- Build and scale automation frameworks
- Ensure CI/CD pipelines
- Oversee functional, non-functional, performance, and security testing
- Define and enforce release readiness standards
- Lead root cause analysis
- Collaborate with engineering, product, client success, and operations
- Build and lead a global QA and automation team
