Job Description
The Client Success Partner is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, promoting services, and closing sales to achieve individual and company goals.
Requirements
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer experience
- Answer calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Follow company procedures and sales process
- Adhere to key performance indicators related to call volume, conversion rates and customer satisfaction
