The company is seeking a data-driven, customer-obsessed Director of Product-Led Growth (PLG) to accelerate self-serve and product-driven acquisition and expansion engine.
Requirements
- Define and lead the vision and roadmap for product-led growth at Storyblok
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to develop and optimize self-serve journeys
- Build and iterate on in-product experiences, onboarding flows, free-to-paid conversion paths, and usage nudges
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between Product, Data and Customer Success
- Scale a culture of experimentation and data-informed decision-making
- Collaborate with Operations team to ensure daily operations meet best-in-class business standards
- Own the self-serve funnel metrics and KPIs
- Work with Data and RevOps teams to ensure accurate tracking of key PLG metrics
- Provide input into PLG pricing
- Partner with Marketing to deliver timely, personalized campaigns and product comms
- Continuously assess market, user feedback, and behavioral data to uncover opportunities for growth and product enhancement
- Lead and mentor a small, high-impact growth squad
- Serve as a thought leader for PLG across the company
- Champion a customer-first culture
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success
