Job Description
StraighterLine is seeking a Business Analyst to manage systems and software initiatives, translate business needs into clear requirements, and drive implementation as part of an agile delivery team. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to balance external client needs with internal technical realities.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or technical product management
- Experience working on moderately complex software initiatives
- Strong requirements documentation and backlog management skills
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Experience interacting directly with external clients or stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level communication
- Ability to manage competing priorities across internal teams and external clients
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
