Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in lifecycle, email, or CRM marketing
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot and marketing automation tools
- Analytical mindset with comfort building reports and tracking key metrics
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation and personalization
- Familiarity with A/B testing and data-driven optimization
