Job Description
Strata Information Group (SIG) is seeking a Salesforce Client Success Consultant to provide ongoing Salesforce CRM administration and support for assigned clients. This role involves client-facing support, implementation projects, and collaboration with senior consultants. The ideal candidate is eager to grow their Salesforce skills and contribute to client success.
Requirements
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional Salesforce experience
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Experience with Salesforce Education Cloud (or Nonprofit Cloud)
