Requirements

• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Senior Mechanical Engineer or Mechanical Department Leader in building systems design
• Significant experience leading projects, including coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring technical excellence, and driving project success
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical system design
• Proven ability to mentor and develop engineers and technical staff
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
