Job Description
Senior Director, Resource Development & Partnerships role is responsible for leading the strategic development and execution of all private-sector fundraising, donor relations, communications, marketing and partnership initiatives across Eva's Initiatives for Homeless Youth.
Requirements
- Lead Eva's philanthropic revenue strategy
- Lead all fundraising activities
- Build a culture of philanthropy across Evas
- Provide strategic leadership on organizational brand strategy and communications
- Integrate Anti-Black Racism, Anti-Oppression, and CABR principles into donor engagement, marketing language, and partnership strategy
- Lead Eva's brand and marketing strategy
- Build and sustain high-value partnerships
- Oversee onboarding journeys for new, monthly, major, and tribute donors
- Oversee Raiser's Edge database integrity, donor coding, grant tagging, and gift processing standards
