Pipeline Engineering Manager

Join the Strategy Engineering Team as a Pipeline Engineering Manager to manage pipeline engineering activities and interface with drafting & design departments, other engineering disciplines, and the Project Management team. Primary scope is design of gathering and transportation pipelines and related facility projects for a wide variety of clients within the energy industry.

Requirements

• Manage and supervise direct reports developing their technical competencies.
• Design and technical supervision of engineering activities associated with projects for the design of pipelines and pipeline facilities.
• Flow assurance utilizing Pipesim multiphase flow simulation software and experience with UniSim and/or ProMax process modeling software.
• Maintain in-house pipeline design standard documents for company and client use.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines including design & drafting interface to minimize conflicts and errors.
• Develop industry contacts to drive new business, meet with clients to define project objectives, prepare proposals and finalize project contracts.
• Assist with preparation of technical documentation required for RFP / RFQ packages and prepare technical evaluations of equipment / service packages.
