Job Description
The Reintegration Officer supports the recovery and reintegration of Children Associated with Armed Groups (CAAFAG) by leading community-based social, economic, and psychosocial interventions. The role involves managing reintegration projects, training and supervising case workers and facilitators, coordinating with government and partners, and ensuring proper case management, reporting, and compliance with donor and UNICEF requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Psychology, Social Work, Development Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in child protection, case management, or reintegration programming, preferably within national or international humanitarian/development NGOs.
- Strong skills in community engagement, psychosocial support, and working in conflict or post-conflict contexts.
